Thirty years of experience in creating and designing delectable specialty cakes for your special occassion.
Influenced by the appearance of gorgeous cakes created by local women in my hometown, a quaint little European village, at a very young age I knew that was something I had to master. Migrating to Australia in early 70s, I came across a Home and Gardens magazine with full editorial on wedding cakes, well, that was it!!..I followed books, attended classes and joined the cake decorating guild which led to mastering this beautiful edible art made primarily of sugar….a passion I had to share.
My very first entry at the Sydney Royal Easter Show saw me attain a first prize, and many more after that. I enjoy sharing my skills by demonstrating at state and national level with the guild and teaching at TAFE and now at my studio.
Seeing the amazement in the eyes of the beholder….magnificent.
